5. Vehicle Rental Terms

• Usage: Vehicles rented from Travelcon are to be used for lawful purposes only. The renter is responsible for complying with all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Condition: With the exception of typical wear and tear, the renter is accountable for returning the car in the same state as it was when it was delivered. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges.

• Customization: Tours can be customized to meet your needs. Any modifications to your tour plan should be communicated in advance. Changes may be accommodated with reasonable efforts, but additional fees may apply.

• Liability: Travelcon is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by changes to tour schedules or services. We are also not responsible for any personal injury or loss during the tour.
